Comfort Trade — how it works step by step
Comfort Trade is a coin-order fulfilment method in which you do not list and search for players yourself. Select your platform and amount, provide your EA Account details and two unused backup codes in the order form, and GXDeal manages the transfer while showing its status. Check Web App market access before ordering.
Before the order
Choose the platform and coin amount. The configurator shows the price, any order bonus and available payment methods before you continue.
Confirm that the Transfer Market works in the Web App on that account. Signing in to the app alone does not confirm permission to search for and buy players; EA controls this access.
Details and payment
Enter contact details for notifications.
Provide the EA login, password and two backup codes.
Review the platform, amount, currency and price.
Pay with the selected method.
Processing and order status
After payment confirmation, the order enters the delivery queue. You receive a notification when processing begins and can follow progress with the public order number. Do not open Ultimate Team in the game, Web App or Companion App during active delivery.
If another code or a later tranche is required, the order status explains the next action. Completion is shown only after the full delivery.
After completion
Check the club balance, then change the EA password and refresh backup codes if you wish. Keep the order number until you have confirmed that everything is correct.
