These terms govern use of the GXDeal online shop at https://gxdeal.eu and contracts for digital products (FC coins) between the Seller and the Customer.

Placing an order means acceptance of the terms in force at the time of the order.

The subject of sale is digital virtual goods (coins for EA Sports FC / FIFA Ultimate Team), delivered by fulfilling the order (including Comfort Trade / transfer to the Customer’s account), not as a physical shipment.

GXDeal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Electronic Arts Inc. or EA Sports. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Availability, quantity limits and fulfilment time may depend on platform (PlayStation, Xbox, PC), account status and in-game market conditions.

To fulfil an order the Customer may need to provide data required for Comfort Trade / WebApp (e.g. EA login data, verification codes, account status), as instructed in the order flow.

The Customer represents that they are entitled to use the account and data provided and that doing so does not breach EA / platform rules.

The Customer must cooperate during fulfilment (availability, correct codes, not blocking the process). Lack of cooperation may delay or prevent fulfilment.

The sales contract is concluded when the order is accepted for fulfilment after successful payment (or another agreed payment confirmation).

Fulfilment means delivering coins to the Customer’s indicated account / club via the selected method. Delivery is deemed complete when the Seller confirms transfer completion (order status / communication).

Estimated fulfilment times are indicative and not a guaranteed deadline unless otherwise agreed in writing (email).

Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where required by law, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by third-party payment operators. The Seller does not store full card numbers.

Bonuses, tiers and promotions apply only on the terms shown in the offer at checkout.

To the extent permitted by law, after full delivery of the digital product (coins), a refund is generally not available if the Customer was informed and gave any required consents before fulfilment started.

Consumer distance-contract withdrawal rights and exceptions for non-material digital content apply under Polish and EU law to the extent they are applicable. Required consents before fulfilment begins are shown during checkout.

Quality complaints (non-delivery, material shortfall vs order) are handled under the complaints procedure — see Complaints.

GXDeal services are for adults (18+) only. By ordering, the Customer represents that they are at least 18 and have full legal capacity.

The Seller may refuse fulfilment if there are reasonable doubts about age or authority.

In particular it is forbidden to: use the shop for money laundering or fraud; submit someone else’s data without authority; circumvent security; resell GXDeal-purchased coins in breach of law or platform rules; harass staff; scrape the offer in a way that burdens infrastructure.

Breach may result in refusal of fulfilment, order cancellation (where legally permitted) and reports to competent authorities.

To the widest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for EA / platform actions or decisions (including account bans, game rule changes, transfer limits), nor for account access loss caused by the Customer’s breach of EA rules.

Seller liability for non-performance or improper performance — where the law allows — is limited to the value of the relevant order. This does not limit liability for intentional harm or cases where consumer law forbids such a limit.

Der vorstehende Ausschluss schränkt den freiwilligen GXDeal-Schutz nicht ein. Bestätigen wir nach Prüfung, dass eine Account-Sperre oder die Entfernung von Coins eine direkte Folge eines von GXDeal ausgeführten Transfers war, erhält der Kunde eine Erstattung bis zum Wert der betreffenden Bestellung oder einen Ersatz-Account mit vergleichbarem Wert. Nicht abgedeckt sind Sanktionen infolge früherer Handlungen des Kunden, bestellfremder Verstöße oder falscher Angaben.

The Seller takes care to keep Comfort Trade reasonably safe; the Customer accepts the risk of sharing access data solely for order fulfilment.

Shop content (texts, layout, GXDeal marks) is protected. Commercial copying without permission is forbidden.

EA Sports FC / FIFA names and marks belong to their owners.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory protective rules of the consumer’s habitual residence (where applicable).

Disputes will first be addressed amicably. Mandatory consumer protections of the customer’s habitual residence apply where required by law.

The Seller may update these terms for valid reasons (law, offer, processes). Orders placed before a change remain under the version in force at order time.

If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force to the widest extent permitted by law.
