Complaints and refunds

Email kontaktgxdeal@gmail.com with: full name, order email, order number / ID, problem description and expected remedy (e.g. complete delivery, quantity correction, refund — where applicable).

To use GXDeal Protection after an account ban or coin wipe, describe the event and include available information that allows it to be linked to the transfer. Once a direct connection is verified, we offer a refund up to the order value or a replacement account of comparable value.

we aim to respond within 14 days of receiving a complete complaint. If mandatory consumer law sets another deadline, that deadline applies.

Where transfer / account checks are needed we may ask for more information; waiting for that information may affect handling time.

Consumers keep rights under consumer and digital-content conformity rules to the extent they apply to GXDeal coins / services. This document does not limit those rights.

Business customers (B2B) may be subject to different rules under the contract or terms.

After coins are fully delivered, a refund may be unavailable if digital-content exception conditions and required consents were met. Details: Terms of service.

If coins were not delivered or materially fewer than ordered due to the Seller, the complaint covers completing fulfilment or another lawful remedy (including refund where applicable).

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution (including the EU ODR platform) where applicable. Information about available ADR/ODR options is provided where required by law.
