How to prepare your EA account for a coin transfer
A ready account prevents avoidable pauses. Before sharing any details, confirm Transfer Market access, create fresh backup codes and check the club balance.
1. Confirm Transfer Market access in Web App
Sign in to EA SPORTS FC Web App yourself and open the Transfer Market. An EA account does not automatically have market access. EA decides access from account history and in-game activity; GXDeal cannot unlock it.
Place the order only after player search and purchasing work normally on the club you want to use.
2. Enable login verification and create backup codes
Enable two-factor authentication in your EA security settings. Comfort Trade requires two current, unused backup codes. Each code is single-use, so the second one prevents a routine login check from stopping delivery.
3. Check the balance and platform
Leave at least 5,000 coins in the Ultimate Team club and select the exact market you play on: PlayStation, Xbox or PC. Markets, prices and orders are separate.

EA email and password are current.
