The Comfort Trade flow is similar on every platform, but markets and pricing remain separate. The key is selecting the platform tied to the correct Ultimate Team club.
Separate markets and pricing
PlayStation, Xbox and PC can differ in coin pricing, offer availability and delivery pace. The GXDeal configurator shows a quote for the currently selected platform, so changing it can change the order total.
How to confirm the right platform
Open the Ultimate Team club whose balance you want to increase.
Confirm whether you play on PlayStation, Xbox or PC.
Sign the same EA account into Web App and test the market.
Choose the identical platform in the GXDeal configurator.
What if you selected the wrong platform?
Before payment, return to the configurator and correct it. After payment, do not immediately create a second order. Contact support with the existing order number. Whether it can be changed depends on whether delivery has started.
